Doremi and her friends are pupils of the Misora Elementary School during the series. The school contains class levels from 1 to 6.
Misora Elementary School doesn't have a school uniform requirement, however the backpacks of the girls are all red and the backpacks of the boys are blue. They aren't allowed to wear jewelry at school. The students should not work after school, even though there are exceptions.

- The school is on a hill near a beach.
- Onpu and Momoko have different backpacks due to being transfer students; Onpu uses are square-ish purple one with a heart clasp, an Momoko has a seafoam-colored one.
- In the 5th grade, the classes are redistributed.
- The pupils of the 5th and 6th grade can choose an after school club.
