Marina Koizumi (小泉まりな Koizumi Marina?) is a character in Ojamajo Doremi. She is in the same class as Aiko, Onpu, and Hazuki in Motto! Ojamajo Doremi.
Bio[]
A friendly young girl who tends to the school flowers and classroom. Marina made her major appearance in Episode 11 from Season 1 and Episode 6 from Sharp.
Appearance[]
Marina has light skin and medium-length midnight blue hair in hime cut matching the color of her eyes. Her attire consists of a pale pink blouse beneath a navy pinafore, pale pink rolled socks, and midnight blue loafers with a buckled bow on the foot.
As a young child, Marina had shorter hair and wore the same clothing, except it consisted of a pale yellow shirt beneath black pinafore with pink socks.
Personality[]
Marina is a quiet and sensitive girl with little self-esteem. She likes to help others and take care of them and their property, which is why she tends to the classroom and flowers. Although Marina is well-liked, some students would assume she's a "teacher's pet". Marina loves flowers very much that seeing someone harms them will result in her getting angry.
History[]
As a child, Marina was lonely and didn't have much confidence. Her mother convinced her to try to tend to the flowers to make others happy, and in doing so, she found out she enjoyed it.

Marina makes a minor appearance in the first novel. She is shown to look the same, except with longer hair.
Relationships[]
Marina has a budding relationship with Takao Kimura and gets along well with Hazuki.
Etymology[]
Koizumi means "small fountain", with Ko meaning "small" and Izumi meaning "fountain".
Marina is a Latin form of the word "marine".

- Marina is one of the few non-main characters in the series to have multiple cards dedicated to her in the TCG series. She is often depicted with Sachiko ljuuin.
